This error is likely due to the media not being loaded properly. Select
RESUME from the workstaion dialog box. If this does not correct the problem,
select CANCEL IMAGE from the workstation dialog box. You may need to open the
proofer and remove the media if it isn't ejected on it's
own. If CANCEL IMAGE is not available, select MEDIA CLEAR and make sure that
you remove all media other than the carrier in the machine.
If this problem recurs frequently contact Creo service.

<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
When the problem happens, determine if the media is grabbed correctly by the
indicated roller. If it is not, then watch a few load/unload cycles with the
doors open and try to determine what is going wrong. If the media is being
loaded correctly, then the roller suction sensors are not working properly, the
suction thresholds are mis-adjusted, or the roller suction is not being generated
properly. You can check the suction sensor readings using the "proof" command.
Additionally, at the end of the error message, an index word is printed to help
determine which threshold in NVS is being used when error occurs.

<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
The suction sensors can be over-ridden using the "alproof vsi" parameter. This
will allow the machine to operate, but in a much slower and more dangerous
manner. In this state, the machine should only be used if absolutely necessary
and if it will be fixed very soon. When the sensors are disabled, the machine
is running "blind", so it could incur additional damage if used. Use extreme
caution.
</text></DescriptionText>
</ServiceInformation>
<Cause>
The machine checks suction levels on the roller almost every
time it is turned on, to ensure that the suction level builds up to
the appropriate threshold. When this error occurs, the indicated suction
level did not build up in time. This is most likely due to the media being
loaded or grabbed incorrectly. It is also possible that the indicated suction
sensor is not working properly, the thresholds are not set properly, or
vacuum is not being generated properly.
</Cause>
